What do you need to do?

• Fill out our online form
• Choose a Template (See Templates HERE)
• Choose a suitable Domain Name (eg. onepageweb.com.au)
• Supply us with a Logo (optional, or we can design one for you at an additional cost)
• Supply us with written information required for the pages.
• Supply us with up to 10 Photo's for your site.
• Supply us with Contact Information (for the contact us page)

What we will do

• Contact you to discuss your new site and get to know you.
• Register your Domain Name (in your name)
• Setup and design site whilst liasing with you.
• Setup any Email addresses you require.

We can also add extra modules (for an additional fee of $55.00 per Hour) such as:

• Shopping Carts
• Forums
• Streaming Video
• Online Forms
• Guest Books
• Polls
• Photo Galleries
• Calendars
• Many other modules can be added, just ask.

Maintenance:

• You can edit your own site. (As easy as using Word)
• We can maintain your site for you ($55.00 per Hour)

Ongoing Costs:

• Web Hosting Fee of $350.00 per Year (or $100.00 per Quarter, based on standard site)
• Domain Name renewal fee of $59.00 (every 2 years for a .com.au)

All additional work will incur a cost of $55.00 per hour. Payment options for Shopping Carts will be the responsibilty of the customer. Web Hosting is based on average storage and bandwidth. Larger sites and or sites with lots of traffic may need to go a higher Web Hosting plan at an additional cost.

All care is taken whilst compiling your website and we will rectify any mistakes made on our behalf but will not be held responsible or liable for any errors.

Advanced websites include 100Mb of disk space and 1000Mb per month of Bandwidth. Sites can be upgraded to include more space or Bandwidth. Disk space and bandwidth include both web and email traffic and space. Our automated systems monitor your usage and enable us to let you know if you are close to exceeding your limits. We can then assist you in reducing your usage or offer an upgrade at a reasonable price.
